For your information, writer2xhtml (a free* extension to LibreOffice or OpenOffice) has been supporting tables (and ordered lists) since a very long time now.

It has also been supporting for a very long time style mappings for style attributes (i, b, sup tags for example for italics, bold and superscript), for other styles too (if you chose to do so), p for body text, h1, h2 etc. for titles...

It supports, among many other things, images of all sizes (from no-margin full screen to floating ones).

Its coming version (code in beta) will support html5 and svg.

I could provide you with more details and make a comparison feature for feature if you wish .
