After an embarassingly long time I am finally able to report that this works fine with trook rev68 (presuming one is already using the hacked opds.py to make *anything* from 0.7.x work with trook)!
Thanks a ton! I can now pull .PDFs onto my nook by using trook along with Calibre 0.7.7 (currently) and the html tag hack! I'm still unsuccessful compiling trook (without any changes) so I'm not really hopefully about MY being able to fix trook to work with calibre's expanded html tags.
