No, Harry, I said that in a pique of frustration, but I am still knocking on wood because I have only been using it for a few days. When I have used it for at least a year (or two, since that is the length of the guarantee) with no problems, I will be more effusive in my praise of the device for doing what it is supposed to do and for which I paid 239 euros!
Indecisive, no they didn't tell me what was wrong with the other device. The replacement came with 14.2 installed. I had retrograded to 14.2 on the old one but the problems continued, so I guess it was in fact a hardware problem but I have no idea. The rebooting you are experiencing sounds like exactly what I had, so if I were you I would send it back for a replacement.
