Almost all for title.
This exe is different from original version by:
- ignore all option
- check whether it's 2-up or not, if 2-up, split it
- first argument is output file name, all remains are input pdf files
- concat all input pdfs

I make it only for PRS-505.
This progoram might be too small to createanother thread.

But I'm sure some people (might be very few, though) really need exactly the same requirement as me.

So I announce it here.
For general purpose, use original version:
