Not the desert. Arnhem Land. Roper River. It has just started getting cold in the early morning. A bit like here I have seen it get down as low as 8-10°, but warms up to 30*° by lunch time. I think they mean cold at the moment like freezing 20°.
Darwin tommorrow out to dinner with friends husband Friday night, then in the truck Saturday for the trek to woop woop. I am looking forward to coffee break in Katherine.
