Does anyone know how to force Kindle to recognize the toc in a mobi file converted in Calibre? My toc works fine from within the ebook file but the Kindle select wheel menu does not recognize the toc so it can't be easily accessed by the reader.

I've done this with Mobi Creator with a work around but don't know how it's done with Calibre.
