Yeah, it's the default. It's just a standard Visa credit card issued by my bank, so I don't think that's the problem.
I had some problems with the other books as well, and then B&N randomly allowed me download them. It seems like a hit-and-miss sort of thing, rather than something that happens for a particular reason.
