You're probably looking for 'Agency 5' titles, FW lost those back in April when agency pricing went into effect. Will they get them back? To do so they'd have to eliminate discounts (basically they have) and set up things to charge sales tax everywhere one of the 'Agency 5' have a business presence. If B&N really does plan to kill them off they probably won't bother with getting the tax stuff set up.
