I've had a Gen3 for about 2 years now, and it has recently (2 weeks ago) returned from being repaired.
Since then, I've noticed problems when turning it on.
It'll start up properly, reach the library, and then the green "working" light will stay on indefinitely, and none of the buttons work. Whenever it happens, it takes between 2 to 5 hard resets before it will start up properly.

I haven't upgraded the ROM since last August, and have no idea how to know what version I'm using, but I'm using a mobi DRM version.
