Hi everyone,
I think I did something rather stupid and messed up my EPUB file.
I have a book of short stories and there are some in there that I don't really like. So I deleted the .htm split file that held the chapter and now my TOC is messed up. I don't have the check-boxes next to anything in the TOC editor (they just don't show up at all) and I'm getting blank lines in the editor as well.

Any help getting this back on track would be wonderful.
