Mmm, sounds delish (I looked up the recipe in the recipes thread). TL1 makes a
moussaka (no meat) and a variety of eggplant
parmigiana that are two of my favourite dishes. I love eggplant.
Speaking of parmigiana, he's currently making a mushroom risotto, and we bought a nice block of Parmigiano-Reggiano today. That cheese I could just sit and eat a big block of by itself...my favourite cheese. I just had a nice bite of it, just by itself. Mmmmm.
