Well, not that fast. It's been almost three months now.
I take physical training seriously, you can't take sports out of a guy who loves them. In my case, cycling is the easiest to practice. I still walk with a cane and I have great difficulty going down stairs...
In two months I may start to run again and get rid of the flab that grew lately...
