Indeed he does (now I've Googled him, (I have to confess I had no idea what he looked like before I did so), but I thought happy_terd was saying that the Prime Minister of Spain is that the man who plays Mr Bean and also reminds him of a British Michael Moore. So I was suggesting that the Prime Minster of Spain could remind him of a British Micheal Moore, because he isn't British - the Prime Minister of Spain that is. He doesn't look like Michael Moore either - but one thing at a time!
