I got my kindle for Christmas and have been enjoying it immensely ever since. Joined kindleboards shortly after and discovered the allure of cases, etc... Now I have a used (but still new-looking) Oberon Blue Roof of Heaven to keep my kindle safe & secure. Also got a used K1 for my dear daughter who recently graduated from college and is finding time to read for pleasure once again. She loves her kindle too - in fact I offered to get her a K2 when Woot had the great deal this week, but she says the K1 is perfect for her and she has no reason to upgrade!)

Live in a small town in Central PA, two kids (the son is a junior Chemistry major at Case Western, daughter a newly minted occupational therapist in CT) Hubby is a dentist. He reads also, but is stubborn and resists the idea of an ereader at this point. So I'll keep working on him!

Glad to find another social outlet and source of information to feed my Kindle habit!
