As a someone computer-geeky guy, I like to fiddle, experiment, and tweak devices I have where possible, even if that's limited to the config menu. When my 302 arrives, and I've let it charge overnight, etc...what are the first things I should do?
Are there certain must-install apps (and instructions for how to do it)? I see the apps on the pocketbook site, but are there other repositories etc?
Are there any formats the device reads, but that really should be avoided because it doesn't do them well?
For 'collections' or groupings, what are the best ways on this device?
etc....share your wisdom, links to resources/info etc.... I'm open to it all, even the obvious.

I'd say get Calibre. Calibre and the device collaborate pretty well.
