Well, I've download and read the Nook manual, and I can understand how confused people could be by it. They repeat the same information over and over and over (like it was written by 30 different people, and then collated together) so many times, in so many places, that it is almost impossible to find the information you actually want. Very frustrating. It could be 90% shorter, and still provide all the same information, in a much more coherent manner. Bigger is not always better.
