Last tuesday the Ministry of the Popular Power for Health, Ministry of the Popular Power for Land and Agriculture, Ministry of the Popular Power for Commerce and the Ministry of the Popular Power for Nutrition (gotta love those names) all passed and promoted a law that basically said that informal street vendors have to follow the health code and must sell at national regulated prices or they would have their products seized ( and by product I mean rice, meat, milk the kind of stuff you buy at a supermarket, not prepared food). Our glorious leader just cancelled the law since we all know food shortages are only caused by the evil private companies.....

And those evil private companies are hoarding food so that we go hungry so the government sends the military in to seize and distribute the food from their warehouses and seize companies for their irregularities in pricing and hoarding but its not such a big deal when the state owned pdval lets at least 70000 tons of food rot in our ports, naw not such a big deal lets not discuss it in the national assembly, lets not reevaluate how Pdval works, privately owned televisions that sicken the mind of our people and the privately owned banks those are the biggest problems our society faces.....

oh and aren't we all supposed to be equal? when the drought hit the reservoirs that power the dams that generate most of Venezuela's electricity the capitol only had one day of mandated power outages while the rest of us spent months having our power cut off for at least 3 hours every other day.

What pains me more is that Mr Chavez will most likely win the next National assembly elections in September just because the frakking opposition is just more incompetent.

[Extremely heavy sarcasm] Fatherland, Socialism Or Death! We shall prevail! [/Extremely Heavy Sarcasm] (This is the glorious leader's political party motto, which coincidently is the motto he instituted as the armed force's motto)
