Those look wonderful! I have that same box in my pantry unopened since I got it, when my friends and I went to New Orleans... let's see... eight years ago!
Do you think the mix is still any good?
Why I never ventured to try and make them is a mystery. Maybe I just thought that they wouldn't be as good as the real ones or maybe I was afraid that they would be!
