you need to complain daily until that dog is taken care of or removed. and if they just put a muzzle on it, complain about that as well. my dog goes in and out as she wishes (commands, I have to open the door). she has almost 10 acres to wander on. pretty chill deal for a dog! she also get to go to the puppy park several times a week to play. Kindle Kitten had a cat flap and we know how that turned out
. when I'm working in the garden the Savannahs go into harnesses with leashes and come out. I've started to let Strider wander a bit dragging his leash. so far that is working.
