Under Settings and Device Info it says: Onboard Storage 109 MB out of 160 MB. So I am assuming it is only seeing the partition in which the OS is installed? I can put epubs on an SD card, insert it into the Kobo, and read them succesfully, so it's not entirely useless. But this is still not an acceptable long term state of affairs.
