Update: I managed to download the crengine.zip file from this thread (made some modifications on the PP), and copied the info from this wiki page (and made minor modifications on my computer). I copied everything over to the crengine folder, no problem with that; but there are still problems with the formatting.

The paragraph indentation has been fixed, as has the previously unmentioned problem of justification (I wanted left; it was giving me full). However, the chapter breaks in The Oort Perimeter still are basically flat; and whenever starships are mentioned in either Star Trek book, such as the Enterprise, they are not italicized as they should be.

FWIW, the chapter titles in The Oort Perimeter are entered as <p class="chapter" id="calibre_toc_15">Chapter 14</p> for Chapter 14, etc.; and italics are like <span class="italic">Enterprise</span> in Sand and Stars and like <em>Enterprise</em> in Millenium.

Also, it still seems to be the case that "Preformatted text" and "Document embedded styles" don't make a bit of difference.

I'm sure I'll find other formatting problems later, but that'll be enough for now.
