First off, congrats on your new Nook! IMNSHO, ebooks and ereaders are the best thing since sliced bread!

And, in my relentless (though obscure and unknown) quest to make sure people know how great Calibre is - by all means, use Calibre. I've used it from my beginnings as an ebook user/owner and it is more awesome than sliced bread.

Very user-friendly and intuitive library management system.
