Just kidding. I take those kinda "warnings" as a joke, as I do e-ink fans' cautions about LCD. When I want eye care advice, I go to my eye doc. I earn my living with my eyes, so I take good care of 'em -- regular exams, limited direct sunlight to eyes, etc.
E-ink fans will warn about LCD and then tout e-ink reading in direct sunlight. From what I understand about eyes, reading in direct sunlight can contribute to cataracts.
