There's a pretty fundamental problems with that, though, which is that an increasing number of consumer electronic devices do contain a radio transmitter. Kindle, Nook, iPad 3G, iRex DR800SG, etc etc.

Will people realise that a "you must turn off your mobile phone" regulation also applies to such devices?
