Without a doubt Steve's "don't hold it that way" remark was IMHO one of the top 25 dumb things said by a CEO of all time......
I think the best way to get results quicker on this is for people who have the problem to return the phone. I think they have something like 2 weeks or 30 days.....whatever to do so. If that started happening in mass, I wager a fix would come rather quickly.....
