Diesel Ebooks repost. BAD INVESTMENT

All,
in addition and responce to
https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11094
I too purchased several books from Diesel Ebooks.
the Purchase Transaction went without a hitch.
I Dl'd them straight away.
(My System is a MAC running OS X Quad Xeon etc....)
I Backed up my Downloads twice (2 locations)
I purposely deleted one title from my bookshelf.
and tried to restore from my backup.
and it would no longer work. (msg saying I must re-down load.)
I tried several attempts with both backups. finally resorted to re-downloading
the DL worked. now I was worried I may not have a full safe backup. I continued to investigate the backup. so I removed the same title again.
and got the same results.
I called Adobe tech support.: there responce was
"ON a MAC you can not have a functional/or working backup.
Or software though it may read and open a DRM'd doc it will not allow backups".
Which brings me to my responce to the previous post.
After working with Adobe I had exceeded my Download attempts with Diesel
I knew in advance there was a limit.(Imposed by the Vendor not Diesel)
I also knew this number could be reset Also advertised by Diesel and most ebook dealers.
I emailed Diesel and asked that My download be reset back to Zero.
that was 10 days ago. I made more than several attempts to reach Diesel.
Email Direct to Support and Marketing, As well as filled out their Online forms.
All resulting in "NO ANSWER" and thats BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!
I dont care how you dice and slice it. BAD SUPORT IS BAD for a companies Image. Did I mention they even advertise they will reset your DL;s back to Zero if you contact them?
So Even if you have a BACKUP your not guaranteed to be SAFE.
DIESEL EBOOKS == BAD INVESTMENT
