For me the 5" version is the perfect phone form factor. The largest screen size that still fits comfortably in my pants' front pockets. That it is quite good for reading is just a bonus. Sort a go-anywhere-jack-of-all-trades, music, browsing, video. For a real tablet I would want more than 10".
