Ergh - you very much have my sympathies - that was one of the major triggers for me. If you can get it, ask about pizotifen - it's a migraine preventer that isn't also an anti-depressant, beta-blocker or similar. Since I've been on them (about January this year) I've had three or four minor migraines, and no major ones. Normally I get one or two really bad ones a month, and minor ones once or twice a week.
