Hi folks,
Just a recent update from my broken DR-1000S fix. I was told by iRex that hte screen was in stock. Then I agreed to pay the service credit and got the device sent in. Then iRex tell me that there is something wrong with the screens they had, so they had to reorder the screens from the provider.
Then after about 2 months waiting this is what they tell me this morning:
"Temporally, we are not able to helping you to start Repair due Irex Technologies B.V. is currently experiencing in suspension and forced to filed for bankruptcy protection situation,
which means we are not able to send out or receiving anything.
Please do not send back anything to us until we resolve this issue.
Again we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
