) after receiving my response from invisible shield in aus, as Kat said at $35 aus for registered post.
I also asked them about turn around time and this is their response.

Our standard terms are that we would despatch latest within 21 days and we would expect to keep to those terms even for a custom order. (though it might take close to that time frame as opposed to standard product which is usually much quicker.)
