You would think so. Perhaps since they're just calling this a beta release the final released firmware will in fact include TOC's in epubs. Downloading this firmware for DRM support for epubs is really a waste of time since the first thing most of us do when we purchase an ebook is remove the DRM so we truly "own" our purchase. Anyone who doesn't see a reason to remove DRM from their ebook purchases need only google the words "George Orwell 1984 kindle".

If anyone finds anything new other than the epub DRM support with the 15g firmware please let us know. Otherwise this upgrade is not really worth the time to download.
