If a Kindle book is not offered on Amazon.ca, are you allowed to purchase a kindle book on Amazon.com if you reside in Canada?

What sites can you access with the K2 in Canada? Is it just wikipedia? Will instapapper work?

Also,

Which reader has better selection in Canada? K2 or Nook?

Can you somehow buy a book from one store and convert it so it works for the other store's device?
