Je trouve que mon réponse n’étais pas toute a fait correct. D’après Kovid, calibre support des accents si l’ordinateur utilise le codage ‘UTF-8’ (un codage quasi-universel). Votre problème implique que le votre soit configuré d’utiliser ‘Latin-1’.

Apparemment, ce problème n’existe que sous Windows. Pour éviter ce genre de problème dans l’avenir, Kovid a changé calibre de présenter par défaut un nom en anglais ‘Calibre Library’ si il tourne sous Windows.
