I have found that waiting for a particular sale can leave you putting off buying something time and again. Unfortunately with electronics the prices seem to drop every six months or so. The current price on the WIFI only nook is great and If I didn't have a nook already I would jump at it. Will it be cheaper by Christmas - probably, but you have to factor in that you get the use of it for six months... I paid $259 for mine when they first came out and I have not regretted it.
