Yeah, the nutritional info in there is 20 years old. Quite a bit has been dis-proven about food combining (of either type). Then again, she shrugs off B12 deficiency, which can cause some permanent damages (and it's long before a recent study in England on college kids that showed brain shrinkage in vegan students over their college stays and brain growth of pretty much all other groups -- a result considered to be directly linked to the absence of B12 when needed for neural growth).
The recipes, though, seem to be pretty decent (hey, anyone that says you need butter instead of margarine can't be all bad).
