I looked at that, the problem with it is that the crime stats it is more than the city itself. it is all of Maricopa and most of Pimal counties. it is looking at the greater metro area without regard to city or county boundaries

look at this map, and you will see that there are several LARGE cities in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area
