I like the name Book Fair too.
I think it would be best for the Deals section to only be for devices and accessories, or store-wide offers.
That would make it easier for the people looking for offers. When I'm in the market for a device, a book offer just gets in the way, and vice versa.
Threads in the book fair could be bumped if there's an offer, or even new threads created.
