I'm much too tired to read through 6 pages, so let me give my two cents:
The law is "racist" because it encourages racial profiling. Giving police the choice to stop anyone they want and ask for ID, they're going to to stop Mexicans more. Whether that's called for is irrelevant, it's still profiling.
I don't agree with the law, but I usually don't agree with Arizona. Too dry.
EDIT: And another thing,
The process of becoming a citizen of America is made entirely of jumping through hoops and knowing as much about the nation as a history book. It's confusingly difficult, and nothing short of isolationism. We make sure immigrants are just how we want them, or they can't come. :/
