Yeah, the ideal would be an Android tablet but my trip is in October. Right now, I have all the PDF files in my Acer Aspire One netbook. The netbook is fine in hotel room or internet cafe but when one is "lost" at some busy crossroads, whipping out a 6-7" reader for a map seems much more practical than booting up a netbook. But the PDF maps are simply too tiny on the Nook -- with no way of magnifying/zooming in. Sigh.
Again, are there any 6-7" readers out there that can magnify or zoom in on PDF maps/illustrations like on a computer?
