Wow. Just when we had gotten this thread mostly off the political debate (which will never change anyone's mind) and onto legal discussions, you go and pull it right back down again.

Since you brought us back here, I'd like to note your reference to the "race card" phrase that's often used by bigots some people to suggest that it's a logical fallacy for anyone to point out instances of racism, since there's obviously no such thing as bigotry anymore, and there possibly never was. Well done, sir. You just won the internet, and everyone who disagreed with you now suddenly agrees!

Isn't there a Jeff Foxworthy joke about people who end their arguments with lame analogies? Something about how to tell if you're sun burnt or something?
