Absolutley not, I do not want a defective ereader. Newegg will not exchnage it as it is 6 months old and can only supply an email address for Ectaco. They will not send a mailing address or phone number, yet my paper work says I have a one year warranty. I'm thinking of try to install the new operating system, but might end up with nothing. At least now I can use it and Newegg will sell me another at the 99.00 price as I've been pretty much blown off by the manufacterer. I've looked at the Nook, seems too limited in what it will read and bought a Sony 600 that would not charge, actually 3 of them, so have decided to stick with this one which does evrything I want in a logical manner and I dont have to go wifi to read books. Has anyone installed the ugrades from the SD card? I think that is basically a reformat and install.
