Unfortunate you lost the music from your Touch, nursedude. Mine didn't remove any music (mine is 3rd Gen though, must be the difference). All apps are all still there also. Took me a little while to figure out the app folder also; then I recalled that one must drop an app on top of a similar type of app to make the folder. Happy I went with the iOS4.
