I need folks that are not using the US bookstore to check that declaration. If international iPads are shipped with different dictionaries, it could be a country-by-country matter.

I'm in Canada and I'm experiencing this problem with files that previously worked. In Sigil, I opened the epub file of "This Body of Death" which previously allowed me to do dictionary lookup, and I've searched the code for dc:language but I can't find it. In the first xhtml file I found the following line:

<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en" xmlns:xml="http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace">

Should I be looking somewhere else?
