I just saw an ebook on Smashwords - 310950 words Volume ONE! Now there's a 'thank God I'm not reading that in hardback' book if I ever saw one (Link if anyone's interested, it's free)

Edited to add: The review on that book implies that the reader read 107 chapters in 3 hours... *faints*)
