How can a company keep on lying to customers like this?

DONT BUY THIS GARBAGE WITH SUCH POOR SUPPORT.

I purchased the iLiad in June. At that time I have already mentioned that I need to have the Chinese font installed. The sales replied me that all iLiad sold is the European version and I need to download thru IDS.

When I received the iLiad in early July, I began calling the tech support to ask for changing the font to Chinese. the tech support told me to wait until end of July. The second time I called, he asked me to wait until early August and the third time I called, asked me to wait until the end of August or early Sept. During the third time I already expressed that if I could not have the Chinese font installed, I will return the iLiad and the tech support agreed. Now it is already mid-Sept, the tech support just asked me to wait in early Sept, no refund. When I called yesterday, the tech support said the new version 2.11 has been out and asked me to update. I tried but again I was disappointed yesterday night, no change.

The most angry thing is that someone has the same situation and request as me but he can get solved:
