I've been running the GM and love it - folders in particular. Got everything consolidated onto two screens, goodbye endless swiping. I also like being able to (FINALLY) get rid of the plain black wallpaper.
Multitasking will be nice once apps have updated to use it, but for now it's basically just a quick way to get back to recently used apps. The good thing is, it's really simple to implement, so developers have no excuse not to update quickly.
