It would be great if the Eng Dictionary could be replaced with a stronger Eng Dictionary and the other languages removed. I believe you need the dictionary in order for the T9 text entry to work.
It's too bad that Ectaco didn't offer their clients a choice when it came to the Dictionary. I guess they are too hung up on their Language translation kick.
As I am english speaking I find that 9 times out of ten when I use the dictionary the word is not there. It was the offer of a dictionary that made my mind up between the two units. (Aluratek and the jetBook). I was ready to send it back but I would have taken too much of a $$$ hit to do the switch.
I detailed the Font change process in my prior post because I really thought there was an additional option being added for epub font selections through the menu's. Either way it is a very nice feature. Thanks a bunch!
Does anybody else who did the custom update experience the same issue w/re to the FW version display?
