Good experience with Sony
I recently bought a refurbished PRS-300. It experienced sun fade. I called Sony and spoke to two operators for about twenty minutes total. I explained the issue. They confirmed the problem and promised to ship a replacement unit. I received the replacement unit on the next business day (I called on Friday and got it on Monday). It works great. I was fairly pleased with the company's response (notwithstanding the annoyance of the lack of quality testing/vetting).
