And they intro'ed a WiFi-only Nook at $149.

The price war is on!
(And we didn't even have to wait 'til August.)

So now we have 6" WiFi Nook at $149, 6", no wireless Kobo at $149, 5" barebones Sony PRS-300 at $149 and the LCD-based Aluratech and Jetbook at $129 to $159 depending on retailer.

Woohoo Hopefully pocketbook's new readers i.e 601, 602 (and any other upcoming new 6" inch) will reflect B&N's price drops. Fingers crossed
