I thought from what I read that I could use Calibre to reformat it to another format and upload it to eBookwise library for downloading to my reader, but NO LUCK so far. Any tips anyone?

Is it a DRM'd book (if it's from a major publisher it likely is)? Calibre can't convert a book with DRM, the DRM would need to be removed first.
